I have been back home for a few days now and I figure it's time to write something about my Berlin-experience. The only problem is that I have no idea where to start. ^^ In any case, it was great and I already miss it. My hometown suddenly seems incredibly boring. I'm not really a fan of big cities, but if I had to choose one to live in, it would be Berlin. Everything seems so relaxed and colorful. Of course, it's paradise for vegans. I didn't manage to check out all the vegan or partly vegan restaurants though. Being sort of a pizza-addict (who doesn't have an oven. -.-) I liked Sfizy most. It's run by two Italian girls and the pizza is way better than most non-vegan pizza you can get in Germany. They also make fresh smoothies which are really good. Apart from vegan pizza, we also ate vegan Burgers at yoyo and hat cupcakes at - well - Cupcake. I can recommend both even though I felt slightly sick after eating my "Double Trouble"-chocolate cupcake. It was worth it. ;) Besides eating, I met with a lot of friends who live in Berlin and it was great to see them all. Especially my brother who I hadn't seen in about two years. We didn't get along that well during puberty, but now it's really fun to hang out with him. We went to some alternative theater which was pretty cool. I also went to a photography exhibition, went dancing and well... did a lot of shopping. All that stuff you do. Berlin is great and I already miss it. Hopefully I will be back in the summer. ^^
